It is once again time for the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival. With a theme of 'Under the Sea," there are many opportunities for costumes and ways to reuse those mermaid costumes my daughter has been collecting. Come and enjoy the annual ice castle and all the Saranac Lake as to offer!
