2nd Annual Cap-py Duck Derby in Old Forge

The 2nd annual Duck Derby will start at noon on September 2 at the Town of Webb Information Center, Old Forge

Watch this Adirondack family event as 3,000 rubber duckies sail down the Moose River. The first 10 ducks across the finish line have the chance to win $100,000 through OddsOn Promotions

Many other great prizes from local sponsors including $1,000, a new kayak, Meyda stained glass window, McCauley Mountain ski passes, gift baskets, rafting tours, cash prizes.
The first CAP-py Duck Derby became a participatory event as people waded in to help collect errant ducks. All proceeds go to support the community development work of the Central Adirondack Partnership for the 21st Century (Cap-21) which sponsors the Old Forge Farmer’s Market, the community flower basket program, waterfront improvements, trails development, business revitalization grants and other projects vital to our Central Adirondack communities.

To adopt your winning ducks, contact CAP-21 at 315-369-3353 or adopt online .
