Dawn - Dusk: Hike or mountain bike the trails at Pisgah Mountain, Saranac Lake (free)
Dawn - dusk: Henry's Woods, Lake Placid hiking/running trails (free)
Dawn - Dusk: Heaven Hill Orchard Loop, Lake Placid hiking/running trails (free)
Dawn to Dusk: Paul Smith's VIC trails are free except during ski season. Call 327-6241. The building is open 9 am - 5 pm Tues-Sun.
