By Diane Chase

The Adirondack Weekend Highlights for June 24-26, 2011.

Have a great weekend from the Adirondack Park! There are a variety of activities and events happening around the Adirondack region this weekend that are great family fun! In the Adirondack High Peaks, try the Adirondack Arts & Heritage Festival with daily events throughout Saranac Lake, or Olympic Day in Lake Placid.

In the southern Adirondacks and Lake George area take a classic folk craft class at the  Adirondack Folk School. Around Lake Champlain a strawberry festival is surely a sign that summer is almost here!
