Adirondack Events: October 1-3, 2010

Autumn beauty in the Adirondacks
By Diane Chase

It is Banned Book Week, which alone is more than enough reason to go to a local bookshop and pick up something, if you’re up for the challenge.

Perhaps FREE admission to the Adirondack Museum to all year-round residents of the Adirondack Park would entice you to get out and about. Another favorite would be the Green Building Tours around all of New York State. Go for a drive and see the foliage. The trees are beautiful. So pick your poison and have a great family weekend!
