Adirondack Events: July 9-11, 2010 Cooling Off!

This heat is enough to whip even the most patient person into a frenzy. Instead of losing your cool, search out places to cool off. Take a dip at a pond or town beach or search out a library and grab a new summer read. Put your water bottles in the freezer the night before to help keep cold as long as possible and always drink plenty of water! Have fun weekend!
